Our Company has been operating in fabric production since 1948.
In normal conditions, collects 11-14% moisture and absorbs water up to 80-120% from its high swelling property. Viscose is very convenient for dyeing and printing because of its much higher moisture absorption than cotton. It also makes the colors look more bright and vivid. Stretching ability is twice as high as cotton with 15-30%.
It is frequently used in textile products particularly due to its resistant to wrinkling. It's type of fabric with high strength to both wetness and dryness. Flexible and light resistant.
Cotton fabric has insulation property due to air trapping. Cotton has less air trapping than wool and has moderate holding. It is strong, durable and has less elasticity.
These fabrics are obtained by mixing viscose, polyester, cotton and lycra fibers in certain proportions. The polyester ratio in the mixture is varied between 65% and 40% so providing a balance between durability and softness.
Checks have a wide usage area from clothes to home-textiles.
PFD fabrics are ready to dye or print after they have passed through the washing process. These fabrics are usually in ecru color.
